A mid-sized wildlife services provider in Australia needed a modernized internal platform to unify its fragmented admin workflows — from initial customer inquiries to job scheduling, payments, and reporting.
The legacy system caused delays, steep training curves, and inconsistencies across job stages. My role was to lead the design of a new interface tailored for cross-role teams (dispatchers, admins, field staff), while preserving familiar language and processes.
